Nurse Planner

Stephanie Horka, RN serves on the advisory board as a nurse planner assuring the relevancy of Energy Fundaments curriculum for Nurses. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2000 where she obtained her BSN as well as holding a degree in Chemistry from South Suburban College. Currently working at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

Massage Advisor

Jodi Benjamin, LMt. holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from University Of Las Vegas 1996, and graduated from Clark County Community College for Massage Therapy in 2000. Continuing education in Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki 1 & 2, Body Talk Access, Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry level 1. Jodi has been in private practice for the last 8 years specializing in her unique form of restorative touch techniques for amateur and competitive athletes.

Founder / Presenter

Matthew Name founded Energy Fundamentals(tm), after years of using energetic healing techniques to improve his own life and the life of his clients. Having worked on the Radio in the greater Las Vegas Valley as an intuitive and psychic medium the obvious turning point was to use the intuitive to assist the healing. Reiki seemed to be one of the easiest modalities to teach and allows the practitioner to have an immediate experience with energetic work, becoming an immediate building block to greater and greater understanding of energetic work and experiences.

Matthew Name is personally credentialed through the; NCBTMB, National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and the Florida Board of Massage. He has attended Ball State University for Theatre, and is currently pursuing greater understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine through Medboo School of China, and has currently been acepted into the University of New Orleans for Biological Studies.
